A motorcycle rider and e-trike driver were caught fighting on Sumulong Highway in Antipolo, Rizal on Thursday.

As seen in a now-viral video recorded by Henessy Ashley, the physical fight broke out after a rider pulled the driver out of the e-trike and pushed him against the retaining wall.

Another rider then approached and safely intervened in the fight.

According to a report by ABS-CBN News, the owner of the video said the incident caused traffic in the area. She further narrated what allegedly happened before the two started clashing.

“Ang nakita po namin is aalis na po yung e-trike tapos biglang nadanggil niya po ata yung motor. Ta’s bigla na po bumaba ng motor po yung lalaki ta’s sinuntok na po yung nasa e-trike,” said Henessy.

Furthermore, the witness admitted to feeling alarmed about the series of road rage incidents in Antipolo.

“Nakakatakot lang po sa part natin na madamay po sa ganoon, na imbes na dire-diretso na po yung biyahe, nai-interrupt po dahil sa ganoon.”

Previously, a video of the driver involved in the shooting incident in a road rage incident in Antipolo has gone viral.

The driver was seen to have been involved in a brawl with riders prior to the shooting incident.

As seen in the video that circulated in social media, the suspect exchanged punches with the riders. The brawl subsequently led to the shooting incident, which injured three persons, including the suspect's wife.

Investigation showed that the pickup driven by a 23-year-old bank teller counterflowed.

In other news, an elderly man died after he and his wife were ambushed while travelling aboard their pickup truck along a national highway in Buluan, Maguindanao del Sur. According to a report by GMA Regional TV News, the 77-year-old male died while his 66-year-old wife suffered injuries. Reports also state that the 77-year-old male was identified as a manager at an agri-machinery company. Investigators say that the two were tailed by motorcycle-riding gunmen and when they got to a certain, they opened fire, fatally injuring the 77-year-old male and inflicting injuries to his wife.
