The incident occurred on Saturday, March 29th, in Sitio Talus, Barangay Igmaya-an, when the sports utility vehicle (SUV) they were traveling in plunged into a deep ravine.
Police Major Ryan Villasario, the Don Salvador Benedicto police chief, identified the deceased as Daisy, a resident of Bago City, Negros Occidental.
She was among eight passengers in the SUV, which fell off a 50-meter cliff.

Reports indicate that Daisy was the last individual to be extracted from the vehicle, which had overturned. She succumbed to severe head injuries sustained during the accident.
