An LPG tank exploded while being installed to a burner, leaving three people injured.
The incident took place in Barangay San Juan, Taytay, Rizal, on the morning of March 28, 2025.
CCTV footage showed two men inside a small roadside store appearing to be working on something.
Suddenly, smoke started coming out, followed by a powerful explosion.

The people caught in the explosion quickly stepped out of the store for their safety.
While residents came in to help extinguish the fire. Firefighters also came in immediately to the rescue.
Three individuals who were also relatives were injured by the explosion; 54-year-old woman and her son, and another 21-year-old male victim.
In an interview by GMA 7's 'SAKSI,' according to a relative of the victims, a newly bought LPG tank exploded.
They were trying to install it to a burner while there was fire beside it because they were cooking at that moment.
All three victims suffered from burns on different parts of their bodies.
Meanwhile, BFP Taytay is still investigating what really caused the fire incident and reminded everyone to be careful when installing LPG tanks.
"Siguraduhin po natin na nakapatay muna po lahat para ma-secure po natin 'yung kaligtasan po natin. 'Pag nagkakabit po tayo o nagbabaklas po tayo ng ating mga LPG tanks siguraduhin nga po nating, katulad ng sinabi ko kanina, na walang magiging source po ng ignition," said FO3 Christian Servillejo, Chief-In-Charge, BFP Taytay-IAS.
