His wild antics was only put to a halt when he was kicked and fell onto the ground.
The residents tied the hands of the man to pacify him and the situation.
In a report by TV 5's 'Frontline Pilipinas,' the store owner said it all started 5 AM in the morning when the man appeared in front of her store.

The man suddenly undressed himself and looked for food in the trash bin. That's why the store owner gave him food and water.
However, the man asked for a coffee, but when it wasn't given to him immediately, that's when things got ugly.
He calmed down for a bit upon receiving his coffee, but he was triggered again when residents tried to make fun of him.
According to barangay officials, the man was allegedly under the influence of illegal drugs.
The mother of the man admitted that her son was once put to a rehabilitation center but they didn't know that he was back at it again.
But now, before bringing him back to a rehabilitation center, they would try to have him assessed in the National Center for Mental Health in Mandaluyong City.
