Sen. Tolentino said the treatment to the former president should be humane and with utmost respect.

As a senator, he said that ICC has no jurisdiction. However, since FPRRD was already about the ICC, he said they should prepare legally.

In a previous report by KAMI, Davao City Mayor, Sebastian 'Baste' Duterte went to his father's house in the said city. Together with their family's supporters and lawyers, Mayor Baste guarded his old man's house. In a report by GMA 7's 'Unang Balita,' Mayor Duterte said he received information that his father's house will be raided by authorities. Although he was happy with the support shown by people, Baste encouraged their supporters to go home and rest since there were already lawyers present in the premises.

Additionally, Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa has broken his silence a day after former President Rodrigo Duterte was arrested and whisked away on a plane bound for The Hague in The Netherlands. It can be recalled that many have been wondering as to the whereabouts of the senator, who was the PNP Chief when FPRRD was still the president. Many perceive Sen. Bato as the chief implementor of FPRRD’s war on illegal substances. His statement came amid the recent ruling of the Supreme Court, denying his petition for a temporary restraining order or TRO against the arrest warrant issued by the ICC.
