A 35-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly molesting his minor daughter but he pleaded not guilty to the charges, saying it was fabricated because of child support.

In a report by EJ Gomez in Unang Balita on Thursday, it was said that the suspect was on the most wanted persons list of Antipolo City.
It was October of last year when the suspect allegedly molested the then 14-year-old victim, according to police.
“Nangyari 'yung unang panghahalay dito sa bata noong October 3, 2024 sa sarili mismo nilang bahay at nasundan ito ng October 4. Ngunit sa pagkakataon iyon, 'yung ating biktima ng kaniyang maramdaman na gagawin ulit nitong ating akusado, agad niyang itinulak at lumabas itong ating biktima at humingi ng tulong,” said Police Captain Ricardo Asuncion Jr. of the Antipolo City Police.

The girl’s aunt immediately complained to the authorities.
“Hindi siya makapaniwala na meron siyang kasong kinakaharap na ganito. Siguro hindi niya inisip na siya ay makakasuhan ng ina o ng kaniyang live-in partner,” Asuncion said.
The suspect, alias Butchok, denied the allegation.
"Hindi ko po ginalaw 'yung bata. Magkatabi lang po kami ng kuwarto. Pinagalitan ko lang po talaga noong araw na ‘yun kasi hinihigpitan ko nga po na makalabas. Sabi ko, huwag kang maglalabas, babae ka pa naman,” he said.
According to the man, his daughter's aunt only made up a story to allegedly get the alimony that the victim's mother, who works abroad, was sending.
“Ang dahilan po diyan, pera po ma'am. Gumawa lang po ng alibi po ma'am para mapunta sa kaniya 'yung padala sa bata, 'yung mga sustento,” the man said.

As reported in TV 5's 'Frontline Pilipinas,' the suspect, Jason Dalayon, was resting on a hammock when he saw the victim and called him. That's when the suspect stabbed the victim, multiple times; as reported, the victim sustained a total of 13 stab wounds.
