Atty. Martin Miro, a resident of Tupas Street, Barangay Suba, Cebu City, was allegedly the victim of a physical altercation with his 52-year-old househelper, Vilma Ybañez Aying, who hailed from Lower Matim-ao, Carmen, Cebu.
