A video of a taho vendor went viral on Facebook, reaching 3.3 million views.

He was seen fast asleep inside a jeepney when a Facebook user named Prin Cess spotted him.

The uploader shared the video and captioned it with : "Yung pagod ka na sa buhay pero may mas pagod pa pala sayo at lumalaban ng patas. Salute kay tatay."

She decided to share the video, revealing the vendor’s identity as 61-year-old Eddie Sodsod.

The video was uploaded on February 23, and Prin Cess used the post to ask for kind donations from anyone willing to help Sodsod.

To her surprise, a lot of people were touched by the video, and extended their own way to help the viral taho vendor.

However, there were some people who tried scamming the uploader, which, thankfully, didn't work on her because she was knowledgeable about the schemes by online scammers.

Finally, Sodsod and the uploader of the video met on February 26 as shared on Facebook. There, Prin Cess gave the monetary donations of kindhearted people.

She also brought him some grocery items as a gift.

In another Facebook post, Prin Cess wrote:

"Si tatay Eddie Sodsod po ay 61 taong gulang (senior citizen), taga-Pangao,Ibaan Batangas, naglalako po sya ng taho. Mag-isa na lamang po sa bahay, walang asawa't anak. Sa kanya pong pagtitinda ng taho ay kumikita sya ng tatlong daang piso (300 pesos), at dahil wala syang sasakyan kagaya ng ibang maglalako ay nagbbyahe siya mula IBAAN, Batangas hanggang ROSARIO, Batangas. Umaalis si tatay sa bahay ng 1 am para kumuha ng kanyang tinitindang taho sa Rosario. Kaya kung napansin nyo po sa nagtrending nyang video ay nakatulog na po si tatay sa dyip, dahil po sa pagod at antok. Wala rin po syang cellphone, pinahiram lamang po sya ng kanyang kapatid upang ako ay makontak. Siya po ay taos pusong nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng mga nagpaabot ng tulong kahit sa maliit o malaking halaga."
