Pabalan had previously performed surgery on Tiktok to remove multiple barbed arrows and was once again at the forefront of providing medical assistance.
Expressing deep concern over the incident, Pabalan raised alarms about the rising cases of dogs being targeted with arrows.
He emphasized the need for stricter measures to prevent such cruelty.
In response to these disturbing attacks, the local government of Murcia strongly condemned the abuse of animals.
Officials announced their willingness to offer a reward for any information leading to the arrest of those responsible.
They assured the public that they are taking the matter seriously and will not tolerate acts of animal cruelty in their community.
However, the report did not clarify whether the same type of arrow was used in both cases.
The authorities are expected to investigate further to determine if there is a connection between the two incidents and to ensure the perpetrators are brought to justice.
