This tragic incident happened in Cotabato City when a white SUV was shot multiple times by a riding-in-tandem.

Another video showed several local residents attempting to rescue the victim inside the vehicle, who was the SUV driver.

In a report by GMA 7's 'SAKSI,' the victim was identified as an engineer and a college teacher.

The victim was rushed to the hospital for immediate medical attention but eventually passed away.

Meanwhile, police authorities are still conducting investigations about the case.

According to the police authorities, the motorcycle rider who was reportedly on his way home was going fast. The impact of the crash was too strong that the victim's neck hit the corner of the concrete plant box resulting in the removal of his head.
