A 29-year-old woman refused to stop and screamed when she was brought to the barangay hall of San Roque in Quezon City.

Based on the report of Unang Balita of GMA News, she was handcuffed after allegedly being caught in possession of one gram of kush and a vape containing suspected c@nnabis oil.

According to barangay officers, they received a call reporting that the woman was causing a disturbance at the LTO extension office on 20th Avenue.

While inside the comfort room, the woman also threw stones at barangay officers.

She then proceeded to pour water on a printer, kicked two handheld radios, and slapped a male student.

Authorities later discovered PNP athletic uniforms packed inside a suitcase in the woman’s rented car.

An investigation by the Quezon City Police District revealed that, hours before the incident, the woman had run over a motorist on EDSA and was fleeing the scene.She also allegedly impersonated a police officer.

"According sa witness, naka-uniform siya athletic uniform ng pulis at nagsisigaw doon nagbabanta na 'pulis ako pagbabarilin ko kayo.' Nung dadalhin na siya sa Traffic Sector 3, tumakas siya, naiwan 'yung MMDA na nagresponde sa kanya,” said Police Major Jovencio Solis Jr., deputy station commander of the Cubao Police.
