A motorcycle rider lost his life after being run over by a pickup truck in Brgy. Gulang-Gulang, Lucena City, Quezon.

CCTV footage showed the rider on the road as a pickup truck attempted to make a right turn.

However, the pickup took up both lanes, ending up hitting the motorcycle rider.

The man was still moving and trying to get up, but when the pickup reversed, it ran over his head and body, leading to his death.

The pickup driver was arrested and will be charged with reckless imprudence resulting in homicide and damage to property.
