A 50-year-old woman, suspected by authorities to be of unsound mind, was injured after a closed van ran over her leg in Binondo, Maynila.

“Kita natin doon sa CCTV habang nagmamaniobra itong isang closed van, hindi niya napansin itong isa nating kababayan na nakaupo dito sa may bangketa, na pinaghihinalaan nating may problema sa pag-iisip,” said PMaj. Philipp Ines.

The Manila Disaster Risk reduction and Management Office initially gave the victim first aid.

No family of the victim has come forward to help the victim.
