Two women crossing the pedestrian lane at Remedios Street corner Taft Avenue in Manila were hit by a speeding motorcycle.

CCTV footage showed people, including the two women, waiting for the right moment to safely cross.

The two women were near the center island when the speeding motorcycle struck them.

The impact was so strong that the women were thrown, and the motorcycle caught fire.

One of the two women died, while the other woman and the motorcycle rider were injured.

In a report by GMA 7's 'Balitanghali,' the burning motorcycle was attended to by the responders from the Bureau of Fire Protection.
