RedEye II Security and Services, Inc., apologized for what happened with one of their former security guards and a sampaguita vendor, right outside the SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City.
The administration of the mall said that they have already fired the erring security guard.
The agency also gave an assurance that it constantly reminds its people to be mindful of their actions.
"May this serve as a reminder to all agencies of the values we must uphold in performing our duties. It is crucial to prioritize deescalation and avoid letting emotions take control of our actions," as per News5.
