A 25-year-old man in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, was shot by his own father after he tried to intervene in the fight between the suspect and his wife.

He and his father ended up hitting each other.

Worse, the suspect shot the victim several times on the body, causing his death.

According to the report, the suspect was a retired member of the Philippine army.

Prior to shooting his son, he even allegedly burned the clothes of his wife.

The SUV driver admitted he fell asleep because of exhaustion, he will be facing multiple complaints because of the incident.
