A 75-year-old Japanese man died after being hit by a truck in Mapandan, Pangasinan.

In a report in the 'State of the Nation' of GMA 7, the man was sitting in the middle of the road because he was extremely drunk.

He was dragged about 2 meters under the truck after being hit.

The truck driver, now in police custody, claimed he didn’t see the man on the road.
