A burger stand in Pamplona, Camarines Sur, was destroyed by a delivery truck.

According to the police, the truck lost its brakes and crashed into the burger stand.

Fortunately, no one was hurt, including the burger stand worker, the truck driver, and his helper.

The driver of the delivery truck is now in police custody and may face charges for property damage.

However, a construction worker saw them and called them out; that's when they tried to flee from the scene and jumped into a creek.
