A senior citizen was arrested in Valenzuela City for allegedly posing as a lawyer.

He was reportedly using the name of a legitimate lawyer who passed away nearly 40 years ago.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines filed a complaint against the suspected fake lawyer after discovering he had allegedly stolen the deceased lawyer's identity.

In a report from TV 5's Frontline Pilipinas, the legitimate lawyer had passed away back in 1986. The IBP also seconded the findings and claimed that the deceased lawyer doesn't share the same name with another lawyer.

When they checked the woman inside, she was no longer wearing undergarments, and her upper dress was lifted up.
