News, photos or videos that arouse the interest of netizens would often go viral on social media, due to the attention netizens give them. These viral posts appeal to the emotions of netizens, and in rare cases, such could also happen to ordinary people, making them very relatable.

In a previous report by KAMI, a PAOCC official was meted out with a suspension order after an alleged video of him slapping a janitor of a BPO they raided went viral. Winston Casio, the spokesperson of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC), was ordered relieved of his duties pending the agency’s investigation of the alleged incident. In the video that recently went viral, Casio can be seen standing in front of another man, presumably the janitor of the BPO they raided. Casio has since then addressed the issue of the alleged slapping incident in a November 5 morning interview with ABS-CBN News.

In relation to this, Winston Casio, the recently relieved Spokesperson of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission has already apologized for what he has done. In an exclusive phone interview, Casio said that he went "overboard" with his actions. It can be recalled that a video of him presumably slapping a man circulated online, which led to him being relieved of his duties. Additionally, the former PAOCC SPOX also noted that the man allegedly disrespected the media, the office which they represent, and the president himself.
