A 53-year-old woman died after her live-in partner allegedly boxed her on her nape as she was trying to prevent her son, and the suspect, from fighting.

According to PLtCol. Benson Pimentel, Chief of Police, Santa Rosa City Police, the son and the suspect, who was drunk at the time, were fighting, and the victim tried to stop them.
In the process, she was hit on her nape.
She then vomited and was taken to the hospital but died two hours after.
He was then arrested at their home, and was even sleeping at the time.
He was also reported previously to have been engaged in voyeurism, in relation to the daughters of the victim.
