A 10-year-old boy was allegedly being used by his mother and father to sell illegal drugs.
According to the exclusive report of Marisol Abdurahman in 24 Oras, he was forced by his parents, and that he would be beaten up in case he would not do so.
The alleged use of the kid lasted for about a year until he escaped and reported his parents to his grandmother, who in turn accompanied the kid and reported to the authorities.
“Pinagbebenta siya, pinalo siya nang pinalo. Kaya nanggigil ako, pinapunta ko siya sa barangay," the grandmother recounted.

Police Captain Gregorio Cueto, Deputy Chief of the Navotas Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit stated that the parents were making their kid a part of their acts.
"Mismong bata ginagawa nilang kasangkapan," Cueto said.
