The report in Unang Balita of GMA News revealed that the driver was allegedly drunk when the incident happened.

The driver of the tricycle sustained wounds and the roof and the body of the tricycle also got broken.

According to the netizen who took the photos and shared them online, some grocery items were carried away by the floodwaters. The mall, which also served as a temporary shelter, provided food to those who are inside the said establishment.

Meanwhile, some Naga City residents, in a video shared by GMA News, already need to go to houses with a third floor to escape floodwaters. In the video, one can see some residents of Brgy. Traingulo in Naga City going to their neighbors’ houses that have third floors. According to one resident, they helped some of their neighbors by inviting them to stay in the third floor of their house. Floodwaters brought about by Typhoon Kristine have submerged the second floor of some of the houses in Albay.
