PCol Jovie Espenido has made several starting claims during Tuesday's Quadcomm hearing on the drug war.

He "confirmed" allegations made by Kerwin Espinosa against former PNP Chief and now Sen. Bato dela Rosa that it was him who asked the police colonel and Kerwin to link former senator Leila De Lima to the drug trade.

"There's also a testimony coming from Kerwin Espinosa that you and him were instructed to talk with each other to make sure that your testimonies against Senator De Lima are consis- Vtent [linking de Lima to the illegal drug trade], do you confirm this? Yes or no?,” Luistro asked the police colonel.

Sen. Bato dela Rosa is a politician and former Chief of the Philippine National Police.

La Greta also encouraged people to vote wisely and not to vote a ‘Bato’ into office. She then said “tumatalpak kasi itong si Bato na ito eh” and ensuring that the truth will come out soon.
