- According to the police, the baby was sleeping on the bed together with its parents, however, the parents didn't notice that their baby got awaken

- The baby crawled and accidentally fell inside the water bucket that was beside their bed at that moment

- When the parents woke up, that was when they saw their baby helplessly plunged into the bucket that they used to bathe him, they managed to bring the baby to the hospital but didn't make it in time

According to the police, the baby had been sleeping on the bed with its parents, who didn’t realize the baby had woken up.

In a report by GMA News and Aksyon Radyo Bacolod, the infant crawled and accidentally fell into a water-filled bucket placed next to the bed.

The parents only noticed it when they woke up and found their baby unresponsive in the bucket they used for bathing him.

They rushed the baby to the hospital but, sadly, didn't make it.

In another viral report, a 2-year-old boy named Jay Jay Navarro from San Fabian, Pangasinan, died after accidentally falling into a cooking pot filled with boiling water. In a report by GMA News, the boy's grandmother said that it was Thursday when she used the cooking pot to boil some water and then placed the pot on the side of their house; little did she know, children, including the 2-year-old boy were playing nearby. Suddenly, they heard screaming which they thought was just kids fighting over something, but when they checked what was happening, they already saw Jay Jay inside the pot. The family managed to rush the baby to a hospital; unfortunately, he died the following day.
