Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil reacted to the arrest of the suspects in Arvin and Lerms Lulu's slay.
As per PNA's report, Marbil released a statement on Wednesday regarding the famous online seller and her husband's murder
Marbil praised the Central Luzon Police for the swift action in resolving the brutal case.
It is worth noting that a total of seven alleged suspects in the killing were arrested in two-day operations from Oct. 13 to 14.

"Justice cannot wait. The PNP will stop at nothing to ensure that every victim of violence receives the justice they deserve. The swift arrest of these suspects is a testament to our unwavering commitment to uphold the rule of law and protect the innocent," Marbil said.
Furthermore, he emphasized that violence driven by greed or any motive has no place in society.
Lerms Lulu, a popular online seller, and her husband Arvin Lulu, were killed in a broad daylight ambush in Pampanga. Lerms Lulu, whose real name is Lerma Waje Lulu, is one of the top distributors of “Brilliant Skin,” a rising cosmetic brand.
The son of slain couple Lerms and Arvin Lulu is a godchild of the alleged mastermind, Anthony Limon. According to a report on 24 Oras of GMA News, the online seller couple would be "kumare" and "kumpare" of the mastermind. The police officer also said that there was an alleged P13 million loan made by the alleged mastermind from the couple. The alleged mastermind, along with six other suspects were arrested by police officers.
Authorities shared details on the gun-for-hire group involved in Arvin and Lerms Lulu’s killing. In a report by PNA, the group admitted their involvement in at least 12 other shooting incidents in different provinces in Central Luzon.
