A newborn baby boy was mercilessly abandoned by his parent in Agoncillo, Batangas.

In a report by GMA Balitanghali, the newborn was found by a concerned resident of the area and reported to the local authorities.

He was hopelessly placed inside an eco bag and left in a chicken cage.

Thankfully, the baby boy was away from all types of harm. He is currently under the care of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office of Agoncillo.
