On Monday, the world-boxing champ filed his certificate of candidacy at the Manila Hotel.
Philippine Star showed photos of Manny, happily showing everyone his COC.
He first entered into politics when he earned a seat in the House of Representatives, where he represented the 1st District of South Cotabato in 2010.
