Police authorities have identified the boyfriend of Evalend Salting as the primary suspect in her murder.
A report of GMA Regional TV One North Central Luzon stated that their investigation led to the boyfriend because of the text messages between him and the victim.
According to Police Lieutenant Colonel Amor Mio Somine, Officer in Charge, Lingayen Police, Evalend and her boyfriend allegedly had a misunderstanding.
A friend also allegedly saw the crime and pointed to the boyfriend as the suspect.
