A 58-year-old rider has recently passed away in Davao City after a truck collided with his motorcycle and ran him over afterward.
In GMA's One Mindanao video, the accident apparently happened at the Davao Cotabato Highway around the area of Barangay Binugao.
According to the initial report of the police, both the 58-year-old rider and the 48-year-old truck driver were driving on the same path.
Both the driver and the rider were apparently heading to Barangay Inawayan.

The truck was in the inner lane while the motorcycle was at the middle lane of the road when the truck bumped into the motorcycle.
The 58-year-old rider then fell, which resulted in the truck running him over, with the former eventually passing away afterward.
As of this writing, the truck driver is with the police authorities already and has yet to give a statement about the said incident.
