Mae Fatima Tagactac, the 18-year-old Grade-12 student, who was found dead in a lodging house, and the suspect, Lorben Cabugsan Larot, have only been communicating online for about one week on Facebook.
This was the revelation of the mother of the victim Evelyn Tagactac, based on the exclusive interview of XFM with her.
Evelyn revealed that the suspect introduced himself ot his daughter as a seaman and that he would be the one who would be sending her to school.
