In a previous report by KAMI, TV5 removed Cliff Gingco following an abuse complaint against him. Sen. Raffy Tulfo confirmed the decision after an investigation by the Kapatid Network. TV5 Chairman Manuel V. Pangilinan personally reached out to Sen. Tulfo regarding the resolution. Gingco is facing criminal charges, and "Raffy Tulfo in Action" is helping to ensure justice.

Also, Kami reported that Senator Raffy Tulfo threatened to leave his TV5 program if the management does not take action on a complaint filed by a talent against News and Public Affairs program manager Cliff Gingco. Sen. Tulfo angrily expressed his frustration on "Wanted sa Radyo" after hearing the victim's account of the alleged abuse. Senator Tulfo was disappointed to learn that the management forbade Gingco from speaking about the issue. He stated that he is willing to resign from his TV5 program to ensure justice for the victim.
