A video that was taken inside the St. Raymund de Peñafort building at the University of Santo Tomas has been circulating on social media.
In a video that was provided by The Flame, UST Faculty of Arts and Letters' official student publication, floodwaters have entered the building.
As of 3 PM on Wednesday, July 24, the building was submerged with floodwater, knee-to-waist deep, which worried a lot of netizens online.
In the comment section, many netizens have expressed their concern over the continuous downpour of Typhoon Carina in the country.
