According to Inquirer, the girl was swimming at the beach when the incident happened.

Jahaziel Michaellie Maningding said that she did not find any warning of any potential danger of jellyfish in the water.

Resort staff poured vinegar on the legs, butthere was no available vehicle to take her to the hospital.

Another guest at the resort was the one who brought Kiera to Allied CareExperts Medical Center-Baypointe.

She was intubated there, but succumbed later due to anaphylaxis, a severe allergic reaction.

The mother said that the resort was ill-prepared.

However, the counsel of the resort stated that it was an isolated case.
