The video of a father, Tatay Reynaldo, has gone viral on social media.

As shared by GMA News, the father was crying in the video and was apologizing to his daughter, Angela, who graduated, because he could not afford to buy him any gift for her graduation.

Tatay Reynaldo is burdened with a heart disease, which renders him unable to work properly to be able to save for his daughter's gift.

Whenever it is hot, he is rendered unable to work.

“Alam mo, nahihiya ako sa ‘yo. Hiyang-hiya na ako sa ‘yo. Hindi ko alam kung anong gagawin kong pagsu-surprise sa ‘yo eh,” said Tatay Reynaldo.

“Pasensya na wala akong mairegalo sa ‘yo. Sorry, pasensyahan mo na. Naintindihan mo naman ‘yon, bunso kita,” he added.

Angela, on the other hand, understands the plight of her father and their family and has made it her goal to help the family once she has graduated.

Fortunately, "Good News" helped the father in surprising his daughter.

Posts, such as photos or videos, that arouse the interest of netizens would often go viral on social media. These viral posts appeal to the emotions of netizens, and in rare cases, such could also happen to ordinary people.

On the other hand, an example of a viral video is that of the post about a Grade 12 student in Bacolod City who works as a part-time mime artist and waiter just so he would have money to spend for his school needs. In the post of local media outlet Radyo Bandera Bacolod City, one can see several photos of the student doing his stuff as a mime artist on the side of the road in the said city.
