A letter of a dog owner who sadly abandoned his dog in the streets has gone viral.

The letter was attached to the dog and the heartfelt appeal of the original owner touched hearts.

In the letter, the owner was appealing to whoever would adopt the dog to please take good care of her.

He also said that the reason why he abandoned her was because his mother would always get mad at her.

The dog was found near the Mandaluyong City Hall by Twitter user Nicole (@stubbornicole).

She also bought Panda to the Philippine Pet Birth control Center Foundation in Boni Ave.
