He then told the convoy that what they’re doing is not allowed by law.

“Bawal yang ginagawa nyo eh,” the motorist said again in a loud voice.

After a short impasse, the convoy decided to back out and went back into its own lane.

The motorist, still in a loud voice, told the backing vehicles that it doesn’t mean that since they have escorts, they are automatically allowed to counter-flow.

“Hindi porke’t may mga escort-escort kayong ganyan, pwede na yan,” the motorist’s voice was heard.

The identities of the alleged VIP convoy and its marshal, as well as the motorist, are still not known as of writing.
