A video of Pia Hontiveros telling a girl that she is not Sen. Risa Hontiveros has gone viral.

The girl, during the inauguration of Pres. Bongbong Marcos tried to take a video of the broadcaster, all the while thinking that she was the senator.

The popular broadcaster asked the girl who she was, and the girl immediately answered that she was Risa Hontiveros, to which Pia denied.

Pia immediately said, "Hindi ako si Risa" and explained that she was not the senator.

Ana Theresia "Risa" Navarro Hontiveros-Baraquel is a Filipino politician, journalist, and community leader. She was born on February 24, 1966. She won a seat in the Philippine Senate, placing 9th, during the 2016 general elections. Previously, she served as Akbayan sectoral representative in the Philippine House of Representatives from 2004 to 2010.

Sen. Risa Hontiveros stated that it would be better if an education expert would head the Department of Education. Her statement came after there were reports that the presumptive vice president Sara Duterte has agreed to head the agency. In ANC's "Rundown," Risa said that she does not know what the incoming VP's track record is in education. She emphasized that the department is very important and an education expert must be at the helm.
