According to Rico, 'Tatay' Ramon had visited the store to buy a pair of shoes for his son who is playing basketball.

'Tatay' Ramon, who works as a barber, did his very best to save up enough money to buy a pair of sneakers for his son.

Furthermore, Rico mentioned that 'Tatay' Ramon, who's had polio since he was a kid, is very supportive of his son's love for basketball.
