A 23-year-old woman who was pregnant, gave birth on a bus because she was allegedly refused admission by a hospital because she lacked the needed downpayment.
According to ABS-CBN's report, the mother, Grace Bulaw Cudog, was allegedly refused by a hospital, which allegedly resulted in her untimely and unprepared delivery on a bus.
It was policemen and the military who assisted in the delivery of the young mother, who, according to RPN, gave birth around 6 :30 p.m., Dec. 27.
A member of the Davao del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company (DSPMFC) and that of the 39 Infantry Batallion Philippine Army, helped her give birth.

She and the baby were immediately brought to the hospital so that they would be able to receive proper medical care.
