Paolo Contis’ ex-wife Lian Paz posts about overcoming the storms of life

Lian Paz spiritually inspired her fans and followers on social media through her new Instagram post.

According to Lian, she felt touched and moved by a message given during a Christ’s Commission Fellowship (CCF) event by an international speaker.

The said speaker shared that the trials of life can either break or make a person. Lian said that she has also experienced trials that could have broken her but she was able to overcome them by praying to God.

Her post about overcoming life’s challenges came after her ex-husband Paolo Contis admitted in an interview that he has a lot of shortcomings as a father to Xalene and Xonia — his kids with Lian.

Paolo revealed to Boy Abunda that he failed to give financial assistance to Lian and their kids but he is trying to save money for them and he will give it to them in the future.

“I was moved from CCF’s international speaker when he shared that Trials tend to make us or break us. As for my own life experience, maraming trials that ‘break me‘ but at the end of the day, just one call upon the name of Jesus and he will equip you to make it through!

“we must not be ashamed to pray because we are sinners. We Pray because of who he is! As you look back, masasabi mo, paano mo nalagpasan yun, but it’s all because God carried you amidst the storms,” Lian wrote.

Lian Paz is a dancer who used to regularly appear on the iconic noontime program, “Eat Bulaga” as a member of EB Babes. She and Paolo Contis used to be in a relationship but they broke up eight years ago. They have two children – Xonia and Xalene.

As previously reported by KAMI, Lian Paz recently took to social media to post a photo of the handwritten letter she received from John Cabahug. According to Lian, the said letter was given to her by John last year, before her birthday. Based on John's letter, he thanked Lian for letting him go outside to have a drink.

Meanwhile, Lian Paz took to social media to greet Maria Alexandra Cabahug a happy birthday. On Alex's 16th birthday, Lian penned a heartwarming message for her which made netizens tear up. According to Lian, when she first met Alex, she immediately saw how dedicated John Cabahug was to his daughter.
