Cristy Fermin recently lauded Sen. Chiz Escudero because of his behavior amid his and Heart Evangelista's rumored split.

During Cristy Ferminute's episode on Wednesday, Cristy first shared what her source told her about the politician.

“May nakakwentuhan ako. Siyempre direkta ito na nagtatrabaho sa ating pamahalaan at siyempre sa Senado. Kung baga, pamilyar na pamilyar siya, ang aking source, kay Sen. Chiz.”

“May mga nagbibiro daw kay Sen. Chiz kapagka nasasalubong siya sa hallway. 'How are now, your honor?' Mga ganu'n, 'How are you, Sir? Alam mo isa lang daw ang sagot ni Sen. Chiz sa lahat ng nagtatanong. Ngumingiti lang siya. Puro ngiti lang.”

“Diba napakamaginoo?” the veteran showbiz columnist then reacted.

Furthermore, Cristy said she noticed that Chiz is still wearing his wedding band.

“Hindi pumapatol. At ito pa, siyempre kitang-kita pa rin na suot niya ang kanyang wedding ring. Samantalang si Heart e nakikita naman natin na hinubad na talaga ang kanyang wedding ring.”

“E pero si Sen. Chiz, napakamaginoo, suot-suot pa rin niya ang kanilang wedding ring,” the entertainment reporter said.

“Napapansin ko, kung pipiliin natin sa kanila kung sino ang mas maraming tagapalakpak ngayon, parang maraming naiinis kay Heart, 'no? Parang siya 'yung binobomba ng mga pagpansin. Hindi katulad ni Sen. Chiz na malinis, malinis ang pangalan,” Cristy added.
