As seen in the post, Sarah could be seen jumping toward her husband before wrapping herself around him in a hug. The gesture matched the cheerful tone of the caption and the couple’s morning kulitan.

Alongside the sweet moment, the clip’s dialogue included a playful countdown. “One, two, three,” went one of the lines as the exchange continued.

Another part of the conversation turned into a joke about their surroundings. Someone suggested, “Show the waterfall,” only for the response to offer a much less scenic explanation.

The couple’s relationship became public in June 2014, when Sarah confirmed in an interview on Aquino & Abunda Tonight that Matteo was her boyfriend. Before that, they had shared the stage on Sarah G Live! and during her 2013 US concert tour.

In November 2019, the actor announced their engagement through Instagram photos showing the singer wearing her engagement ring. He accompanied the post with the message, “I love you my love, now and forever.” They later tied the knot on February 20, 2020.
