The actor, who is the son of equestrienne Olympian Mikee Cojuangco and politician Robert Jaworski Jr., discussed his experiences during an interview on ABS-CBN News' Oh My Gan!. He recalled working in a corporate environment while still completing his undergraduate studies, taking on responsibilities that taught him the importance of earning his own money.
Before entering show business, Jaworski worked in the human resources department of a shipping company. His responsibilities included interviewing applicants and helping organize corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Despite having a job, his earnings were limited, and financial support from his family came with certain conditions. He recalled a particular rule imposed by his father regarding his allowance.

“May batas din 'yung daddy ko sa akin dati. Kung hindi ka nag-aaral, wala kang allowance.”
Because of his limited income, Jaworski had to be mindful of his daily expenses. He shared that inexpensive street food became his regular lunch while he was working.
“So 'yung ginagawa ko, pang pampatipid, kumakain ako ng fishball at kikiam for lunch. Eh, sobrang sarap naman siya.”
He also remembered how he managed to stretch his food budget by purchasing inexpensive rice to accompany his meals.
“Parang ’yun na lang kinakain ko everyday. Tapos bumibili ako ng one cup rice for 10 pesos.”
His experiences were not limited to managing a small food budget. Jaworski also recalled commuting through public transportation, including riding jeepneys and small trucks during his student years.
Although he understands why people might associate his surname with wealth and privilege, the actor said his parents deliberately raised him to avoid developing a sense of entitlement.
“I don’t blame people for thinking that. Pero, I’m blessed also na pinalaki ako ng mga magulang ko na ayaw nila dumikit yung pag-iisip sa akin na dahil Cojuangco-Jaworski ako, may entitlement ako.”
He further stressed that achieving something meaningful requires dedication rather than relying on family connections or looking for easier ways to succeed.
“In all things in life, you have to work hard for. No short cuts.”
Jaworski also opened up about a particularly challenging chapter in his life in 2023. During that period, he struggled with financial concerns, uncertainty about his career direction, and physical health issues. He described the experience as one of his biggest personal heartbreaks, which eventually pushed him to take greater responsibility for his future.
Today, he has established several professional pursuits outside his acting career. Aside from working as a television host and actor, he operates a marketing startup and participates in his family's hospitality business.
Despite his growing career, Jaworski explained that his ambitions extend beyond financial stability and recognition. He hopes to achieve success while creating opportunities for the people around him.
“Ang pangarap ko sana sa buhay or ang goal ko sa buhay is hindi lang kumita pero sana, 'yun nga, 'yung in all walks of my life, sana kaya ko din i-angat 'yung mga tao sa tabi ko.”
“I want to be a blessing to others.”
Jaworski currently appears in The Loyalty Game alongside Janine Gutierrez. He is also among the hosts of Y-Speak 2.0 and a participant in Pinoy Big Brother Collab 3.0.
