Taking to her verified Instagram account @reallysharoncuneta, the Megastar shared video footage of Frankie on stage accepting the Nora Aunor Lifetime Achievement Award from the PMPC Star Awards.

Dressed in an elegant strapless white gown with black polka dots and clutching a bouquet of flowers, Frankie delivered a poised, heartfelt message for her mother.

Sharon explained why she was unable to attend the ceremony in person while expressing immense gratitude for the prestigious nod that the Star Awards gave her:

"My @frankiepangilinan accepted my Nora Aunor Lifetime Achievement Award from the Star Awards last night, as I couldn’t go due to my being in deep preparations for my U.S. Concert Tour next month. Maraming, maraming salamat po muli sa Star Awards sa pagpaparangal na ito. It is precious and I am truly honored. 🙏🏼🥰💗"

Speaking before the crowd of filmmakers and actors, Frankie offered personal insight into her mother's lifelong dedication to the local entertainment industry as well:

"I know that my Mama has worked so, so hard for all of her life, and that I know that she would also never trade it for the world. Truly, entertaining is her passion, it always has been."

Frankie candidly admitted she felt humbled standing in for such an iconic figure, but made sure to relay Sharon's deep appreciation to everyone in attendance too:

"I feel like I'm not the person obviously who can function as like the perfect mouthpiece for her, but I would just like to say from the bottom of her heart, thank you so, so, so much to everybody who is here."
