Camille admitted that her iconic childhood role as 'Princess Sarah' immediately flashed before her eyes the moment she learned of the pregnancy:
"When the time came that I got pregnant with Nathan, that was the first thing that entered my mind na parang, 'Shocks, si Princess Sarah buntis at hindi siya kasal. What does that say about me?'"
Terrified of shattering the wholesome image that a lot of Filipinos grew up watching, Camille found grounding guidance through her mother:

"Pina-intindi sakin ng mom ko na, 'Ito yung kasama sa buhay na pinili mo. It's either you take it all or you're not at all.' So maaga ko siyang naintindihan."
Looking back at her younger mindset, Camille admitted that public perception felt all-consuming:
"So back then, I knew I care about, somehow, what people think of me. Na-mi-meet ko ba yung expectations nila na ako si Princess Sarah? But then, you know, siguro yun din yung way na na-realize ko na parang, 'You are human. Things happen.'"
With maturity, Camille realized that the heaviest expectations were actually the ones she imposed on herself rather than what the world demanded:
"Yes, maybe tinaas ko rin yung expectations ko sa sarili ko with regards to meeting that standard that I thought people were actually expecting from me, pero na-realize ko ako lang pala yung nag-set nung expectations na yun."
Rather than viewing the pressure with regret, Camille acknowledged that holding herself to a high standard served as an important compass that kept her grounded during her youth:
"Na somehow, siya din yung naging guideline ko na parang, 'Hanggang dito ka lang.' iyempre may kalokohan, diba? Pero it kept me like going back to 'Oh, dito lang tayo, hanggang dito ka lang.' So eventually, I was grateful for that."
