In her 35-minute vlog titled 'My Pregnant Life', which quickly went viral with over 5.7 million views in just 24 hours on YouTube, the actress- vlogger documented key moments from her pregnancy.

Early on in the video, Alex and her husband, Mikee Morada, shared that they booked a home ultrasound session to check on their baby's development and to showcase it to their families too.
"Yung Doc Aid, nahanap namin sila sa TikTok dahil kapag nagtitingin kami ng mga baby, ultrasound, nakita namin sila. Tas nung minessage namin, nagpunta sila dito sa bahay," Mikee explained.

Later in the video, the tone shifted as Alex shared clips of herself testing her blood sugar at home, visibly crying and emotional. Through on-screen text cards, Alex revealed her sudden health hurdle:
"Blood sugar started to go up - 7/20/2026"
"I have to check my sugar before and after meal."
"Crying because I'm worried for my baby."
"We just found out I have gestational diabetes."
By July 23, Alex gave an update to reassure fans that her sugar levels were improving quite nicely.
"I'm happy because my sugar is mababa na, nagmo-monitor kami and I'm very happy kasi for the past two days... alam niyo parang si Lord lang talaga nagsabi sakin to check my sugar kasi wala naman talagang [issue]. Basta iba lang yung feeling ko, parang sobra akong nagke-crave ng sugar, tas sobra akong matamlay, sluggish, tas naisip ko lang na mag-check ng sugar," Alex shared.
She emphasized how critical it was to address the issue immediately:
"Galing kami sa doctor kahapon, kaya ako pina-rush ni doc kasi ang dami talagang pwedeng maging complications sa baby na hindi mo mararamdaman pero mararamdaman ni baby."
