Alden Richards kept things simple in his latest Instagram update, but his three-word caption prompted a playful reaction from Nadine Lustre.

The Kapuso actor shared another cycling-related post on August 21. Instead of writing a lengthy message about the moment, he simply said:

“No caption needed.”

Nadine Lustre was among those who reacted to the post, and she had a funny observation about his choice of words.

“loko mo kami eh. . bakit may caption pa rin,” she commented.

Her playful remark pointed out that despite saying a caption was not needed, Alden technically still wrote one.

The post offered another look at the actor’s continuing interest in cycling. Over the past year, Alden has shared several moments connected to biking, including training sessions, rides, and personal milestones.

Cycling has also become more than just a physical activity for the actor.

In June 2026, he explained during a report on “24 Oras Weekend” that biking has become one of his outlets amid his busy schedule.

“Isa 'yung cycling sa tinitreat ko na outlet ko for mental health and at the same time para refresher,” Alden said.

He shared that cycling gives him time away from work and allows him to refresh himself before returning to his usual responsibilities.

The actor has also previously reminded fellow cyclists about the importance of safety. He encouraged riders to wear helmets and make sure their bicycles are properly maintained before going on the road.

His growing interest in the sport has also pushed him to take on longer rides.

In 2025, Alden completed his first 100-kilometer cycling ride, a milestone he proudly shared with his followers. Since then, he has continued taking part in different cycling activities while balancing his work in show business.
