Maine Mendoza could not hide her fangirl side while interacting with James Blanco during the July 28 episode of “Eat Bulaga.”

The amusing exchange happened during the noontime show’s “The Age Is Right” segment. Maine and fellow host Paolo Ballesteros were positioned in front of James as part of the game.

In the clip posted by the official TVJ Facebook page, Maine initially tried to remain composed while facing the actor. However, she soon smiled and looked away as the hosts began teasing her over her reaction.

Paolo also appeared unable to maintain eye contact with James. He joined Maine in turning away and laughing, making the interaction even more entertaining for the people inside the studio.

James remained calm and smiled as the two hosts reacted to him. Instead of making the situation awkward, the actor played along with their lighthearted behavior.

At one point, Maine tried to face James again but quickly became shy. Her reaction made it clear that she was enjoying the chance to meet and interact with the veteran actor.

Paolo’s similar response added more humor to the exchange. The two hosts appeared to encourage each other to look at James, but both struggled to do so without laughing.

Their actions prompted more playful teasing during the segment. Maine continued smiling while attempting to focus on the game despite being visibly amused by James’ presence.

The television host also remained engaged in their conversation. Although she was shy, she listened and responded as they continued the segment together.

James, meanwhile, appeared comfortable throughout the interaction. He smiled at Maine and Paolo’s reactions and patiently waited as the hosts recovered from their laughter.
