Taking to her Instagram account @v_concepcion, Valerie uploaded a touching compilation of photos from Heather's graduation from Far Eastern University. The proud mom shared portraits of Heather posing in her green toga and nursing uniform alongside sweet family snapshots from the ceremony held on July 24, 2026.

In a moving caption, Valerie expressed how fast time has flown since Heather was a little girl.

"I blinked... and somehow, the little girl I once held in my arms is now a college graduate 🎓😭💗," Valerie shared warmly. "I've seen your hard work, your sacrifices, your late nights, your challenges, the moments you doubted yourself, and all the times you kept going even when things weren't easy. And now, all those efforts have led you to this beautiful milestone 👏🏼👏🏼,” she continued.

Reflecting on Heather's growth into an independent woman, Valerie emphasized that she is proud not only of her academic success, but also of her daughter's genuine character.

"My dearest daughter, this milestone is YOURS. You worked hard for this. You earned this. And I hope you know how incredibly proud we are of you. Not just because you graduated, but because of the person you have become along the way 💗💖✨," Valerie wrote.
